Yum Ha is a majestic colonial-style villa discreetly located on a lush 30-acre property, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Its beachfront cabana sits right on the paradisean Xpu-Ha beach. Under the management of the acclaimed Hotel Esencia, the 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 3 levels while the beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people.
The villa is set around a colonial-style central patio. The ground floor features 2 suites each with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the garden, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, and a terrace with outdoor dining area. The second floor has the Master suite with a king-size bed and a large terrace.
The pool sits amidst the garden and features a pool palapa and an outdoor grill, ideal for an outdoor barbecue or dining alfresco. The beachfront cabana can accommodate up to 4 people on king-size and sofa beds. It also features spacious seating areas inside and outside and its own private beach palapa with lunch table, hammocks, and sun day beds. Villa Yum-Ha features a large swimming pool and comes with a private butler and house keeping services.

- Extra guests (adults or children) per room will have an extra charge per adult $150 USD plus taxes and service per night and per child (from 3 to 11 years old) $75 USD plus taxes and service per night. ***During May-October, the extra guest charge of $75 USD plus tax and service per child (from 3 to 11 years old) will not be charged. However, the extra charge per adult (12 years and older) $150 plus taxes and service per night will be charged.
- Roll-away beds and cribs may be provided, subject to availability at no additional charge, except during Festive Season
(December 16th, 2023 to January 4th, 2024) Roll-away beds will be subject to an additional charge of $100 USD (tax and service are paid on the price) per room, once per stay. The villa cannot guarantee the availability of roll-away beds or cribs. This information should be required in the reservation request - Pets allowed ($100 USD per night)
