Welcome to Zorba Tulum, our exclusive collection of holiday homes located on the beautiful beaches of Tulum, Mexico. We offer boutique style homes for couples, families and groups of friends. Our houses share a large naturally landscaped property with a communal pool (guests only). Our Villas vary in size from a 2BR Penthouse to a 5BR Villa  with a private swimming pool. All our houses are located on the beach at KM9, in the heart of Tulum.

We are in an area that is off grid. We are not connected to municipal services. There is electricity for all your needs, but living off grid requires special attention. Some things will be different than you are used to, but this lends to Tulum’s unique charm. All our homes include kitchens.  Each home is fully furnished with towels, bed linen and beach towels provided. Your stay includes daily cleaning (except Sundays), gardener, and a manager so you can fully relax from the moment you arrive. We have a friendly staff to welcome you and assist you during your stay. Professional chef services and massage are available upon request.

All our houses are located directly on the beach. The beaches of Tulum are natural, unique and offer an incredible atmosphere to relax and appreciate the beauty that surrounds them. If you are looking for various activities during your trip, our homes are close to wonderful handicraft boutiques, authentic and innovative restaurants and countless small bars and cafes that make Tulum such a stunning destination.
