FIELD MANAGER
The Field Manager's role at Alux is to guarantee that you receive exceptional, consistent services every day, surpassing your expectations while upholding our renowned standards. Primarily working off-premises but available upon request, this position ensures round-the-clock supervision of home operations and maintenance, addressing any issues that may arise during your stay.
STEWARD
Your dedicated Personal Steward will oversee the upkeep of your residence, promptly attending to your needs and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise. Available 12 hours a day, your Steward will provide a range of in-home services, including assistance with packing and unpacking, meal service, cocktail preparation, liaison with concierge and other household staff, and assistance with restocking essentials.
CONCIERGE ACCESS
During your stay, our dedicated team provides 24/7 concierge services, managing every detail of your trip with meticulous care, from coordinating activities to curating personalized itineraries tailored to your preferences. It's important to note that while taking advantage of our esteemed Concierge service, there may be administrative fees associated with any booked services.
Housekeeping
Our highly trained and discreet housekeeper provides expert cleaning services using eco-friendly and organic products. Your personal housekeeper will also look after other daily house tasks, such as packing and unpacking, towel and linen changes, replenishments, laundry pick-up and delivery assistance. They will be at your home daily, but can work around your itinerary.
Welcome Ceremony

UNPACKING
Our steward will provide comprehensive assistance to you and all your guests by managing the unpacking and packing of your belongings. This service entails unloading your personal items from your luggage upon your arrival and meticulously organizing them in wardrobes and cabinets for your convenience. Similarly, before your departure, the steward will carefully pack your belongings back into your suitcases, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you and your guests throughout your stay.
